The Core Friction
Traditional HR consultancies and executive coaches rely on fragmented WhatsApp chats, outdated PDF brochures, and unstructured phone inquiries. Enterprise CHROs and L&D heads were unable to quickly evaluate workshop curricula or verify statutory compliance credentials, while mid-to-senior professionals felt hesitant to reach out without a clear, confidential consultation process.
The UX/UI Solution
Architected an editorial, high-trust digital platform with clear dual audience pathways. Corporate HR leaders can explore customized training roadmaps, review case studies, and submit RFP briefs, while professionals can book confidential 1-on-1 executive coaching sessions, resume audits, and interview preparation sessions with transparent scheduling.
My Design & Architectural Responsibilities
Lead UX/UI Designer: Conducted stakeholder interviews with Mrs. Sayali Kshirsagar to translate 18+ years of corporate HR expertise into an authoritative digital presence.
