The Problem
Scattered work across multiple tools
Teams constantly juggled between spreadsheets, fragmented Kanban boards, and external messaging apps.
Lack of clarity in complex projects
Deep multi-tiered initiatives lost visibility as tasks grew deeper than standard flat two-level boards.
Difficulty in resource management
Managers lacked real-time visibility into developer workload, causing burnout and missed milestone sprints.
Limited visibility and collaboration
Async discussions and context remained buried in isolated threads rather than attached to live deliverables.
